Huw has supported Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day on Friday December 16th by donning his favourite festive knit and the organisation is calling on everyone in Wales to join Huw in wearing a woolly to raise money for its life-saving work.
The charity is asking for a £2 donation from all who take part in its new Christmas Jumper Day and hopes people across Wales will join in the festive fun, whilst helping vulnerable children across the world.
Huw has again joined thousands of others by wearing his Christmas jumper to promote the day and said: “Everyone can take part in Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day on 16th December. By sticking on a silly sweater, signing up and donating £2 to Save the Children you’ll be saving children’s lives, and helping make sure the world’s forgotten children get the chance to have a brighter future. It’s always a fun way to help solve some very serious problems!
